Between angry and disabled to change it.

Went to appraiser and Human Resources also mentioned to a ProVC.
As above.
WHAT WAS THE RESPONSE TO THIS?
HR listened, ProVC over promised. Appraiser supportive but also frightened.

It became clear that several people in my department did not pull their weight and in fact worked part-time for a full-time salary.
